Synchrony Bank issues two brandedT.J.Maxx credit cards: the TJX Rewards credit card and the TJX Rewards Platinum Mastercard.The TJX Rewards credit card can be used at T.J.Maxx, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Sierra and Homesense stores and websites. The TJX Rewards Platinum Mastercard is accepted at any business that accepts Mastercard payments.

With a TJX Rewards credit card, you can earn points for each eligible purchase you make. You’ll have to keep your account in good standing to continue enjoying this perk, however. Synchrony Bank gives you three options for making aT.J.Maxx credit card payment: online, by phone or by mail. Here’s everything you need to know.

How To Make Your T.J.Maxx Credit Card Payment Online

Perhaps the most convenient way to pay your TJX Rewards credit card or TJX Rewards Platinum Mastercard bill is to use the online portal provided by Synchrony Bank. If you haven’t already, you’ll need to complete the online registration process for your account.

How To Register for an Online Account

Registering your account is easy. Here’s how:

1. Visit Synchrony Bank’s online account registration page for the TJX Rewards cards.
2. Enter your credit card account number and billing ZIP code.
3. Click “Continue.”
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your registration.

How To Make a Regular Online Payment

After you set up your online account, you can make a payment by following these steps:

1. Gather your bank account number and bank routing number.
2. Go to Synchrony Bank’s login page for the TJX Rewards cards.
3. Enter the user ID and password you selected when you registered.
4. Click “Secure Login.”
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your payment.

How To Make an Online Payment Without Logging In

If you want to make a payment without registering or logging in to an online account, you can still pay your bill online. Here’s how:

1. Have your credit card and banking information ready, and click “Pay as Guest” on Synchrony Bank’s login page for the TJX Rewards cards.
2. Enter your card number, the last four digits of your Social Security number and your billing ZIP code.
3. Click “Continue.”

To make aT.J.Maxx credit card paymentby phone, follow these steps:

1. Gather your credit card and either your bank account information, including your bank routing number, or your debit card. Note that you can only make a payment with your debit card via the automated system.
2. Call the customer service number for your card type:

3. Enter your account number.
4. Follow the automated prompts to complete your payment.

Note that there is no charge to make a payment through the automated system, but you will be charged a fee if you opt to make an expedited phone payment.

1. Write a check or purchase amoney order for at least the minimum payment due.
2. Include the payment coupon from your monthly account statement.

What Happens If Your T.J.Maxx Credit Card Payment Is Late?

If you miss your payment due date, you can still make your payment via one of the available methods. Your payment is due by 5 p.m. EST on the due date printed on your account statement, or a late fee of $27 will apply. The fee increases to $38 if you’re late more than once in a six-month period.
